MEMBERSHIP SECURITY
Members of NinjaLessons.com may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or company. Excessive viewings or logins by any member will be construed by NinjaLessons.com as fraudulent use of services, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When applying for membership you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.

NinjaLessons.com reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion.

GIFT MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Any recipient or user of a Gift Membership is bound by all Terms and Conditions listed herein. Gift Memberships renew automatically until the purchaser cancels the subscription.

FREE TRIAL TERMS
There are two videos permitted for download and free trial. All further videos are of the same relative quality and size. These two videos are designed to let potential customers test their system requirements and online access.

MEMBERSHIP BILLING
Memberships are bound by all Terms and Conditions listed herein. Memberships renew automatically until the purchaser cancels the subscription. Memberships are billed monthly via the paypal.com . There is no minimum obligation and members may cancel anytime.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
NinjaLessons.com has only three system requirements: 1) It is recommended that you have broadband connection (DSL or Cable). Though we do not support dial-up connections, in trials, tests showed that this means of access would work. 2) Your computer operating system should be Windows 98 SE, 2000, XP or Mac OS X version 10.1.5 or later. 3) Windows Media Player Series 10 (or Ver. 9 for Mac). Windows Media Player can be downloaded from Microsoft.com

ACCESS and UPTIME
NinjaLessons.com uses a reliable shared hosting provider. As a part of our service agreement we offer our customers 24/7 access to our web site. From time to time the web site may become unavailable due to updates or outages. This time will not exceed more than five days in any one month period.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Viewing video and audio material requires broadband access. Please review the system requirements. No refunds are given for failure to meet the system requirements, including Gift Memberships or memberships purchased for third parties.
