Frequently Asked Questions
1) Question: Can I save these videos? Can I watch on my Ipod, Creative Zen, Sandisk, etc?
Answer: Absolutely! RIGHT click on each video title. In the
menu box that opens, SELECT "Save Target As...". Then SELECT
the location of "Desktop" and click "Save". The videos will
be saved on your desktop. Now, click on any one to watch it.
If you want to transfer it to your mp3/video player, please do!
2) Question: Can I use my MAC to view Ninja Lessons Online content?
Answer: Yes. We tested Flip4Mac and it worked great (just be sure to
reboot your MAC after you install the software). With the Windows
Media Components for QuickTime by Flip4Mac, you can play Windows
Media files in QuickTime Player and view Windows Media content
on the Internet using a web browser. Best of all it's FREE:
Flip4Mac WMV.
Or you could use Windows Media Player at:
WMP.
3) Question: After I log in to Ninja Lessons I click on a
video, Windows Media Player opens up and asks me for
a user name and password AGAIN. How can I log in once
and be continuously approved?
Answer: You will have to login every time you visit the
ninja lessons web site. But there are two ways for you to log
in and get all the content without typing your username and
password for each video you click on:
a) If you RIGHT click on the Videos and save them to your PC then this won't be a problem.
b) When Windows Media Player opens, enter your username and password, then place a check in
the "Save This Password In Your Password List" box.
4) Question: I use AOL, will I have any problems?
Answer: It took us a while to figure this out, but AOL
users do seem to have a unique problem accessing Ninja Lessons.
So, if you use AOL we recommend that you login into your account
normally and then DO NOT use the AOL browser. Instead - use
Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
